1. Orders &Delivery
1.1 What’s the minimum order quantity?
For every item you have ordered, the MOQ is 50pcs, and the total number should not be less than 500.
1.2 If I place my order when will it ship?
We aim to initiate shipment and deliver the products as close as possible to customer's requested delivery date(s).
For the product we have stock, we will ship your order immediately after receive your payment within two days. Any order placed via our website that shows no current stock may not be shipped very soon. Those orders must be reviewed by our sales person to make sure if the order can be processed. Generally, the shipment will be effected within 1 week once receipt of your order payment.
1.3 What are my shipping options?
We usually adopt express to ship your order; we have established relationship with all the express company, including DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, and EMS etc. You can choose the right way that suits you.
Airway is an air port to air port service, and the freight is cheaper than express. You can get goods within 10 days about after the delivery effects. There is no tracking No., and also you shall pick up the goods from the appointed airport by yourself and clear custom.
Ocean way is for big order, it will take about 15 days to 30 days for the delivery according to different line, and you shall pick up the goods by yourself and clear custom.
1.4 How can I know the status of my order?/ How can I track my package?
You can track your package on our website by linking to the websites of those companies or directly reach theirs to track with the shipping number.
1.5 Do you deliver on Saturday?
Yes, except Sunday and the law regulated holidays, we deliver your order through all our duty time. Orders are shipped from Monday through Saturday.
1.6 Under what conditions will my delivery be delayed?
Most common reasons for the delay in delivery may be:
1) That the phone model which you ordered is out of stock.
2) When you return the products, the proofs which you provided to us are not acceptable.
2. Payments
2.1 What methods of payment do you accept?
We will accept Western Union and T/T (bank transfer) after arranging payment please kindly fax or email us your bank receipt and your PI No. on it, which will help us arrange your order more effectively. We can get your payment within 24 hours after you make the payment,
2.2 Is shipping included in the price?
No, all of shipments are FOB point, and you have to pay for the freight charges.
3. Returns
3.1 If I am not satisfied with the products, can I return them?
Yes, you have to send the pictures of the products to us at first, when we make sure the products have deficiency, you can return them. Products which are special orders that do not appear in the catalog are unreturnable.
3.2 What is the procedure to return the items purchased?
You can return the product within 14 days after you receive your products.
Authorization to return products must be obtained from us, which may be granted by ACC in its sole discretion. If granted, we will issue you a return material authorization( "RMA" ) number. No return of products will be accepted without an RMA number. Returned products must be in original shipping cartons and must be complete with all packing materials, Please make sure that you send the package to us in the same condition as was received.
You must offer the related photos before returning the shipment.
When returning your products you must adequately insure them. In the event of non delivery, loss or damage you remain liable for this.
3.3 Who pays for the shipping cost of the returned products?
You must pay return freight charges by yourself.

4.1 What’s your quality policy?

We warrant that our products will conform to the applicable manufacturer's specifications for such products, and that any value-added service performed by us on such products will conform to our commitments to customers.

5.1 How can I get the samples?
We offer samples for quality test or any other business purpose, and you can choose DHL, Ups, TNT, and FedEx in shipping. If the sample cost over $9.00, you should pay sample cost, and you are kindly invited to pay for the freight charge. Meanwhile when you make order, we can deduct your sample payment from the order total amount.
5.2 Can I cancel my order on your website?
Yes, you can. Before we delivery the products you can cancel your order. But we suggest you to give us a call directly so that we can response you soon. However, if you can not get through us by telephone for some particular reasons, you can cancel your order via our website by leaving us a message or e-mail us.
